The Think Tank also offers tutoring in a variety of Tier One General Education courses (INDVs, NATS, and TRADS). Our CRLA certified tutors are supervised by a cadre of graduate students from diverse fields who understand the importance of these classes in helping students to develop a sense of critical inquiry, appreciate the interdisciplinary nature of subject areas, and gain a deepened sense of self.
Translation: These are the classes that will help you become a well-rounded college student.

Weekly Course Reviews are free, one-hour study sessions that occur once a week. Tutors work with groups of approximately 15-20 students to review course content, clarify assignments, and provide general academic help.
Need help preparing for that big midterm or final? Don’t panic. The Think Tank offers two-hour, course specific exam reviews in some highly enrolled courses. Our tutors will work with you to identify potential test questions from lecture notes and assignments, practice effective test-taking strategies, and get one last study session in before the big day!
